Roxane (ロクサーヌ Rokusānu) is a fortune-teller and a wealthy citizen of Sauville. In 1914, she was directly involved in an experiment that would determine the outcome of the First World War, which was held in the original Queen Berry ship.
She was then killed ten years later by her Arab maid, who is later revealed to be Lee, one of the participants of Roxane's "Running of the Hares".
